Yes, our gift wrapping is always complimentary. We will even handwrite a card for you at your request. We specialize in gift baskets so we invite you to come in and choose your items and we’ll make a beautiful basket for you at no charge!

Sorry but the online bundles for shipping have been prepared and priced accordingly and changes cannot be made. We welcome you to come into the store and make your own bundle! Or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
YES! We have an option for free local pick up from the back porch of our 63 Leonard Street, Belmont, MA location. Even in inclement weather. Our porch is covered and we will put your goodies in a bag clearly labeled with your name and order number and it will be waiting for you on the specified date you requested.
Our staff wears a mask at all times and hand sanitizes prior to handling every order. Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be longer than usual and a delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
We use USPS for most shipments and do our best to keep your shipping fees reasonable. We charge a flat fee of $10 per shipment. And free shipping for purchases over $150
We process your order within 1-3 days of receiving it and you will receive a tracking number when your package is on its way.
Due to constraints of COVID-19, some delays in shipping may occur that are out of our control.
As a small business that supports other small businesses we do not have the resources to offer free shipping. To express our gratitude for your support we offer free shipping for orders of $150 or more.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase date or arrival date.
A full priced item may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The item must be presented with the receipt, in original condition with tags attached.
You may return the item in store or ship back the product as your own expense. If you are shipping the product back:
1. Email email@example.com to confirm the return.
2. Ship it via USPS or UPS. Be sure to obtain a tracking number when you ship back the return. Returned products must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
